Précision sur_l'état :	La tête de l'Enfant Jésus a été cassée puis mal refixée ; polychromie très lacunaire.
Précision_sur la representation :	La Vierge couronnée est déhanchée, elle porte l'Enfant Jésus à sa gauche ; il incline la tête qui ne porte qu'une couronne de cheveux ; il est vêtu d'une tunique et tient une colombe dans sa main droite ; aux pieds de la Vierge, à gauche, figure un petit ange qui regarde l'Enfant et soutient de la main gauche le phylactère que présente la Vierge ; la gamme chromatique est restreinte : vert pour les vêtements et jaune pour les chevelures, les lèvres de la Vierge sont peintes en rouge.
