Précision sur_l'état :	Avant classement : la crête de couronnement manque ; les plaques ont été fixées sur une âme de bois moderne.
Précision_sur la representation :	A l'avers, la plaque du toit figure la chevauchée des mages, sur celle de la caisse les mages se présentent à l'Enfant Jésus qui les bénit, assis sur les genoux de sa mère ; les figures sont traitées en réserve sur fond d'émail bleu abondamment semé de rosettes et de losange ; sur chacun des pignons un apôtre tenant un livre s'inscrit en pied dans une mandorle ; le revers est décoré d'un motif répétitif de quatre-feuilles disposés en damier.
