Précision sur_l'état :	Après classement : oeuvre restaurée en 1987 par l'atelier A. Carré
Précision sur l'inscription :	Armoiries coupées lors du remontage dans la chapelle sud au 19e siècle : il ne reste que la partie supérieure et le cimier, très abîmés, repeints lors de la restauration de 1987.
Précision_sur la representation :	Des fleurs sur tige se développent sur de larges raies verticales qui entourent un médaillon central ovale ; dans la partie supérieure du médaillon émergeant d'une nuée apparaissent Dieu le Père en buste au-dessus de la colombe du Saint-Esprit parmi des angelots ; en dessous sont représentés agenouillés saint Léonard tenant ses entraves et saint Jacques en habits de pèlerin avec le bourdon, sur fond de forêt ; au centre de la partie inférieure du médaillon sont peintes des armoiries timbrées d'un cimier.
