Historique :	Panneau de vitrail classé le 12 novembre 1908, puis déclassé par lettre du 1er mai 1909 car appartenant à M. Léon Taguet, curé desservant de la paroisse. Ce dernier le décrit ainsi dans une lettre du 18 décembre 1908 : 'Un petit vitrail daté de 1561 [...] Cet objet, en forme de médaillon portatif, n'a jamais appartenu à l'église de Bugeat : il m'a été donné à moi personnellement par mon frère, M. Auguste Taguet, qui l'avait reçu de sa belle-mère habitant Ussel, il y a environ vingt ans [...] Ce petit vitrail, grand comme une assiette, se trouvait, à un moment, sur une table de la sacristie [...]'.

Précision_sur la protection :	Arrêté de classement du 12 novembre 1908 : Vitrail dans une fenêtre flamboyante de la sacristie, XVe siècle. Dans une lettre au préfet de la Corrèze, en date du 1er mai 1909, le sous-secrétaire d'état écrit : 'vous voudrez bien informer M. [Léon] Taguet de la mesure de déclassement prise à l'endroit de son vitrail'.
