Historique :	La chapelle de la Chartroulle a saint Ferréol de Vienne pour patron, dont la fête est le 18 septembre. D'après l'abbé Jean-Baptiste Poulbrière une procession a lieu le dimanche qui suit le 18 septembre, lors de laquelle on transporte cette statue de saint Ferréol du 17e siècle, ainsi que la Vierge de pitié (cf. notice PM19000793).

Précision sur_l'état :	Bâton ajouté récemment. Le bois semble avoir été décapé.
Précision_sur la protection :	Arrêté préfectoral : Statue de saint Ferréol en bois peint du XVIIème siècle. Inscrite à nouveau par erreur le 15/02/1989 sous l'intitulé : Saint Ferréol, bois peint, XVIIème siècle, localisé à la chapelle de la Chatrouille.
Précision_sur la representation :	Le saint a la tête nue. Son manteau se drape sur les épaules et vient se retourner sous les bras. La robe aux plis très droits est serrée à la taille par une ceinture. Elle laisse apparaître le pied gauche qui ne porte pas de chaussure. Les mains croisées sur la poitrine retenaient peut-être des chaînes qui sont l'attribut de saint Ferréol.
