Historique :	Pierre-Jacques Meurice, orfèvre à Paris, a réalisé cet ensemble entre 1806 (date d'insculpation du poinçon de maître) et 1809. Il a appartenu aux pénitents blancs d'Argentat qui avaient une chapelle dans l'ancienne église paroissiale.
