Observations :	L'église de Bugeat étant dédié à saint Pardoux de Guéret, cette statue en est l'un des éléments essentiels du mobilier (note I. Rooryck, novembre 1975).
Précision sur_l'état :	Polychromie refaite.
Précision_sur la protection :	Arrêté préfectoral : Saint Pardoux, statue, bois sculpté, peint polychrome, XVIIème siècle.
Précision_sur la representation :	Le saint, debout, en costume monacal, tient un bâton (probablement orné d'une croix brisée dans l'état actuel), dans la main droite, et pose sa main gauche sur sa poitrine. Le large col à cuculle fait paraître le cou maigre. Des très amples manches retroussées sortent des mains potelées. Nez fort, grandes oreilles, visage expressif dans l'ensemble, une large tonsure découvre le crâne couronné de mèches frisées en 'cabochons'. Sous les plis de la robe apparaît le genou droit, légèrement fléchi. On aperçoit le bout de la chaussure.
