Historique :	Christ en croix du 17e siècle. Selon Mme Macary, il se trouvait autrefois en compagnie du Christ gisant et de la statue de saint Maximin dans la chapelle des pénitents. En effet, son style évoque bien l'art apprécié par les confrérie de pénitents du 17e siècle.

Précision_sur la representation :	Sur une croix très simple, sans doute rapportée, ce Christ possède une très belle anatomie. Les muscles sont représentés avec soin et précision ainsi que le drapé du perizonium. La tête est également très expressive, le nez aigu, la bouche ouverte sous l'effet de la douleur, le Christ exprime une idée très exacte de la souffrance. Il a les cheveux longs, une boucle descend sur l'épaule droite. Les deux pieds, très abîmés, sont croisés et cloués ensemble.
