Historique :	Cette Vierge en prière est une statue d'un style assez populaire qui faisait probablement partie d'un Calvaire. Sa datation a été récemment réévaluée à la fin du 15e siècle ou au 16e siècle.

Matériaux :	bois : taillé, peint
Précision_sur la protection :	Arrêté préfectoral : Statue, sainte, bois peint, XVIIème siècle, dans la chapelle sud de l'église.
Précision_sur la representation :	Longiligne, drapée dans un long manteau, les mains jointes, l'absence d'attribut ne permet guère de l'identifier. Probablement s'agit-il, en raison de la polychromie rouge et bleue traditionnellement réservée à la Vierge, d'une figuration de Marie ayant appartenu à un groupe statuaire aujourd'hui disparu, un calvaire.
