Précision_sur la representation :	Saint Jean-Baptiste est vêtu d'une melote serrée à la taille par une ceinture et d'un manteau, dont une extrémité retombe sur le bras droit et l'autre, après avoir recouvert la cuisse gauche, va s'enrouler au bas du rocher qui forme la berge du Jourdain sur lequel il est accroupi. Le saint porte la main gauche à sa poitrine et verse l'eau lustrale sur la tête du Christ à l'aide d'une coquille. Le Christ, barbu, est debout sur un rocher qui émerge du fleuve. Il croise les mains sur la poitrine. Il est nu à l'exception d'un linge noué sur le devant, qui lui ceint les reins. Enfin, survolant le scène, la colombe du Saint Esprit illumine de ses rayons la tête du Christ. Bordure de feuillage.
