Observations :	Promis par le maire de Saint-Solve en février 1974, son déplacement, en février 1976, n'était pas encore exécuté. Une protection administrative pourrait inciter à cette indispensable mise à l'abri (note I. Rooryck, 5-4-1973).
Précision sur_l'état :	Bois extrêmement abîmé par l'exposition climatique : la statue devrait être déplacée en intérieur. Les deux avant-bras manquent.
Précision_sur la protection :	Arrêté préfectoral : Sainte Madeleine, statue, bois, XVIIème siècle.
Précision_sur la representation :	De facture assez rustique, cette statue n'en n'est pas moins de qualité, avec une certaine recherche de style, dans le traitement de la chevelure notamment, encadrant un visage aux traits réguliers. L'ample manteau, rejeté en arrière, découvre une longue robe aux plis en légères sinusoïdes. La statue n'a plus de mains, ni d'attributs permettant de l'identifier.
