Observations :	Saint Joseph, dans la série de statues de la cathédrale, est représenté deux fois : ici, dans l'attitude rare de porter l'enfant Jésus, et pour l'autre statue portant les colombes sur le chemin de Jérusalem, en vue de l'offrande au Temple. Celle-ci est montée sur un socle hexagonal tandis que ceux des autres statues sont rectangulaires (I. Rooryck, 5-4-1976).
Précision sur_l'état :	Lacunes de la polychromie et de la dorure.
Précision_sur la protection :	Arrêté préfectoral : Saint Joseph et l'Enfant Jésus, statue, bois polychrome, XVIIIème siècle, à la sacristie de la cathédrale.
Précision_sur la representation :	Saint Joseph tient l'enfant dans l'attitude traditionnelle des Vierges à l'enfant. L'enfant Jésus, vêtu d'un simple linge autour des reins, porte le globe symbolisant le monde dans sa main gauche.
