Historique :	Statue de saint Jean-Baptiste datée du 17e siècle, très proche de celle de Treignac (notice PM19001070).

Observations :	La statue elle-même nous fait reconnaître à n'en pas douter une origine commune d'atelier, probablement tulliste, avec le saint Roch du musée du Tulle (note I. Rooryck, 10-4-1977).
Précision_sur la protection :	Arrêté préfectoral : Statue de saint Jean-Baptiste, en bois peint et doré, XVIIème siècle, située dans la nef de l'église.
Précision_sur la representation :	Saint Jean-Baptiste porte la melote et des sandales. L'agneau est couché près de son pied gauche, saint Jean-Baptiste le désigne du doigt tendu de sa main droite, et tient la croix de sa main gauche.
