Description :	Coffret rectangulaire galbé, toit surmonté d'une croix reposant sur un socle à godrons. Reliques visibles à travers un regard ovale vitré et rayonnant. Ouverture sur l'arrière, fermée par un couvercle orné d'une fleurette.
