Historique :	Seuls soixante-cinq fers à hosties sont protégés au titre des monuments historiques en France dont vingt-et-un pour le seul Limousin, région riche dans ce type d'objets : neuf le sont pour la Corrèze (huit classés, un inscrit). Ce fer, retrouvé récemment par le locataire de l'ancien presbytère, est actuellement déposé à la mairie. La marque du forgeron n'est pas encore identifiée.
